Make sure your accommodation has air conditioning
Many Italians don’t like air conditioning since they considered it bad for your body to have to rapidly adjust between the heat and the cold. So if you’re planing on staying, choose a place carefully.
Drink Water often and regulary
In Italy the tap water is clean and safe and there are fountains all over the major cities that are safe to drink from so drink a lot of water in order to feel better.
Dress comfortably for the heat—but appropriately for churches
